Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (or immediately for Cash on Delivery orders), we begin processing it right away. Most orders are packed and handed over to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Other cities and towns: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote or rural pincodes: may take a little longer depending on courier serviceability
These are estimated timelines and can occasionally vary due to weather, regional holidays, or courier network delays beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value, and are shown clearly before you complete payment. We regularly run promotions offering discounted or complimentary shipping — keep an eye on the banner at the top of our site for current offers.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pincodes across India. If COD is available for your address, you'll see it as a payment option at checkout. A small COD handling fee may apply on select orders, which will always be shown before you confirm your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into My Account.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order ID and we'll track it down with our courier partner. In the rare event a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Areas We Deliver To
We currently ship to serviceable pincodes across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. You can confirm delivery availability for your exact pincode at checkout.
